Mica is a qualified transpersonal psychotherapist and trainer with a background in the Voluntary Sector as a Senior Manager. More recently she has added Wealth Dynamics to her tool bag and was one of the world’s first qualified Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioners. She now uses the principles of Wealth Dynamics in her work with highly innovative business leaders, runs successful masterminding groups specializing in creating teams "fit for purpose", understanding and utilising the "business cycle" and 1-2-1 coaching for leaders, senior managers, entrepreneurs and Directors.  She also creates and delivers training in Wealth Dynamics and The Wealth Spectrum as well as making regular radio “appearances” and giving global teleseminars.
